A photograph you like

 

This is my favorite picture, it's my grandmother Irina holding me, in that picture I was 2 month old, we are in the house, so it was probably taken by my dad, as he always had his analogue camera with him, capturing everything.

I discovered this photo a short time ago, searching through photo album boxes. When I saw it, I found it beautiful, so it became my favorite.

My grandmother is one of the most important people in my life, as she raised me together with my parents. She came from Valparaiso in 2003 to look after us while my parents were working, so she is like my mother.

She is my mother's mother, and she always took us to the garden walking around singing songs or reciting poems to us.

She is now 84 years old, but I find that she looks just like in this photo! She has lived with me almost all my life, and I love that he is always with me, and I invited me for a coke while we play cards.

Another reason why I like this picture a lot is because I find the light very nice, it's like a picture that gives me a lot of calm and at the same time gives me a lot of happiness. I like to have a lot of baby pictures, my dad used to take a lot of them and yes, he is a very good photographer according to me, sometimes he experimented with the lights and the rolls of film, which I find very cool.
